Finding Inspiration.

We all feel uninspired and unmotivated at times. What can we do to feel motivated and inspired again???

 

1. Read.

Reading gives us an enlarged world view and provides an escape from whatever is killing our creativity. Stories capture feelings and memories that inspire growth.

 

2. Exercise.

Working out helps refresh our bodies, clear our brains and give us energy. It’s a great way to start the day!!!

 

3. Music.

Music allows us to express our emotions and is an escape from reality. Music is art for the soul.
 

4. Photograph.

Looking at pictures evokes memorizes, feelings and gives visual ideas. Pictures are worth more than a thousand words!!!

 

5. Quotes.

Simple words can bring hope and encouragement. We’re not the only ones who’ve felt this way.
 

6. Write.

Writing out all of the ideas, dreams, feelings and thoughts that are clouding our minds helps us to put clarity in our lives. The best therapist in the world is a blank piece of paper!!!

 
7. Goals.

We all have dreams and things we wish to do in our life time, goals are just a rough map of how we are trying to get there. Setting goals makes us face that this isn’t the end, there is something more worth living for.
 

8. Charity.

Charity is seeing others needs are greater than our own and doing something about it. Loving and caring for others is the most inspiring thing!!!
